Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is an estimated 10 minutes from the competition field and host hotels.

Transportation

  • Rideshare services are available (Lyft, Uber, Wridz). Follow signage to Gound Transport East on the Baggage Clain level.
  • Hotel courtesy shuttles are available for two of our host hotels. Call the hotel to set up the shuttle when you land. Follow signs for Ground Transport West for all hotel shuttles. Hilton Cincinnati Airport (859) 371-4400 and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Airport South (859) 371-3388.

Parking at Field

Parking is available onsite free of charge. There will be spectator parking marked off as well as competitor parking that will allow space for trailers. Trailers can remain onsite overnight and the property has security, but MEA cannot be held liable for any theft or damages that may occur.

Registration

 Rodeo Four-Person Team*

  • MEA Member Rate:  $1,250 per team
  • Non-Member Rate:  $1,400 per team

Rodeo Two-Person Team*

  • MEA Member Rate:  $850 per team
  • Non-Member Rate:  $1,000 per team

*There is no need to purchase separate meal tickets for alternates. Please complete alternate information during team registration.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome and encouraged to attend the National Gas Rodeo & Expo at no charge.

If spectators plan to attend the banquet, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance of the event.

  • Adult Banquet Ticket (Age 13+): $60
  • Child Banquet Ticket (Age 2-12): $30
  • Children aged 2 and under are free of charge.

To purchase spectator banquet tickets:
